BC High Virtual Open House 2020

I remember stepping onto the campus of BC High as an incoming freshman several decades ago. My commute was long, the buildings were not unlike what you’d expect from a Jesuit high school in the 80’s, and my classmates and I were nervously starting our four year journeys together.

BC High is not a place where you are from. It’s a place where you go from.

Although the campus has changed significantly since that time, the characteristics and values of a Jesuit education remain.

Copper Hound Pictures spent two days on campus this fall to capture the authentic voices of students and faculty. Their insights and stories helped build five videos that debuted during the school’s virtual Open House this past Sunday. Throughout these videos the prospective students and their families learn more deeply about the benefits of a Jesuit education, how students are supported during their years on campus, what it means to be a school in the city yet with a global footprint, and the breadth of opportunities to get involved.

I welcome you to take a look through these videos, and to explore what a BC High education is all about.

Thanks,

Bob Llewellyn, BC High ‘86

We’ve got 1,400 boys who come in here every day, each with their own story. But their own story is unique.
